Reserved as 1/4 or 1/2 @ $4 per lb hang weight (weight before trimming and packaging)
+ custom cut processing .43 per lb
Deposit of $50 per 1/4 ($100 for 1/2) required
As usual, returning customers on our beef waiting list get first priority, followed by new customers on our beef waiting list. No beef will be sold separately by the pound, so pre-orders are essential.
All ordered beef MUST be picked up on the scheduled Beef Pick-up day at our farm, and we will let you know this date as soon as possible, making every effort to choose a date and time most convenient for the entire group.

This means:
1) You tell us how much beef you'd like (subject to availability!) 1/4, 1/2, or more (see upcoming FAQ page for estimated weights)
2) When it's time, we deliver healthy, grass-fed cattle to a high quality processor.
3) You have an easy phone chat with the processor to order how you would like your beef cut (don't worry, they'll guide you through) and packaged (number of #'s per package, etc) ... keep watch on this site - we'll be adding hints and notes to make this part easy-breezy!
4) We will contact you when it's time to pick up your beef at our farm.
5) Enjoy well-raised beef!
